The Luxury Residential Superintendent will oversee the construction of high-end residential projects in West Palm Beach, ensuring quality craftsmanship and timely project completion. This role involves managing on-site activities and coordinating with subcontractors to deliver exceptional results. Description Supervise daily on-site construction activities for luxury residential projects. Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met. Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.

Maintain compliance with safety regulations and building codes. Review and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications. Manage material deliveries and inventory on-site. Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and designers to meet project expectations. Prepare and submit progress reports to stakeholders as needed.
