Position: Project Manager - Multifamily Construction - Ground Up
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of large-scale ground-up multifamily construction projects in South Florida. This role is ideal for a construction professional with a strong background managing cast-in-place concrete multifamily developments from preconstruction through closeout. Client Details Our client is a General Contractor with a strong track record throughout Florida building a variety of Commercial and Multifamily Projects.

Description Manage ground-up multifamily projects from award through completion. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts. Lead project teams including Superintendents, Project Engineers, and subcontractors. Oversee contract administration, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and procurement activities. Monitor project costs and ensure profitability goals are achieved. Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, consultants, and municipal agencies. Conduct regular project meetings and provide progress updates to stakeholders.

Identify and mitigate project risks, schedule impacts, and cost overruns. Ensure projects are executed safely while meeting quality and schedule expectations. Support preconstruction efforts including budgeting, value engineering, and constructability reviews. Maintain strong client relationships and contribute to repeat business opportunities. Profile Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred. 5+ years of Project Management experience with a commercial general contractor.

Proven experience managing ground-up multifamily construction projects. Strong experience with cast-in-place concrete structures. Experience managing projects ranging from $20M to $100M+. Strong knowledge of construction contracts, budgeting, scheduling, and cost control. Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or similar construction software. Ability to lead multiple stakeholders and drive project performance. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
