Job Details:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team, specializing in the construction of custom homes. This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead and manage a range of high-profile projects from inception to completion. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the project, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.

This role requires a strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail, exceptional team management skills, and the ability to think critically under pressure.

• Lead and manage the planning, design, and execution of custom home construction projects, ensuring all aspects adhere to company standards, and statutory regulations.
• Develop and implement project plans, including defining scope, setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and tracking progress.
• Manage project budgets, including cost estimation, tracking, and reporting.
• Coordinate with various stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, and clients, to ensure smooth project execution.
• Identify potential risks or issues, develop contingency plans, and implement solutions as necessary.
• Foster a productive team environment, providing guidance, support, and feedback to team members.
• Ensure consistent and timely communication with all stakeholders regarding project status, changes, and issues.
• Adhere to and enforce safety standards and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry, specifically in custom home building.
• Proven experience in strategic planning, team management, and critical thinking.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and make decisions under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a range of stakeholders.
• Proficient in project management software and MS Office Suite.
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
• PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
