Salary: $90,000 - $125,000 per year

We are seeking a dynamic, experienced, and hands-on Permanent Superintendent - Residential for our Construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our residential construction projects, including planning, coordinating, and supervising all construction activities. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of projects and play a crucial role in ensuring that our construction projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

• 1. Oversee and manage all aspects of residential construction projects from start to finish.
• 2. Develop and implement project work plans and ensure adherence to these plans.
• 3. Coordinate and supervise the work of all construction team members including subcontractors, architects, engineers, and laborers.
• 4. Ensure all construction activities comply with safety regulations and standards.
• 5. Manage project schedules and budgets to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• 6. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure quality of workmanship.
• 7. Address and resolve any issues or problems that arise during the construction process.
• 8. Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and other stakeholders to keep them informed of progress and any changes in the project.
• 9. Implement and enforce company policies and procedures related to construction.
• 10. Maintain detailed and accurate records of all construction activities.

• 1. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent or in a similar role in the construction industry.
• 2. Proven experience in residential construction project management.
• 3. Strong knowledge of construction planning, scheduling, and safety management.
• 4. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• 5. Exceptional problem-solving abilities and strong attention to detail.
• 6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• 7. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• 8. Proficient in using construction management software and tools.
• 9. A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• 10. Certifications in safety management and other relevant areas will be an added advantage.
