The Creative Multimedia Specialist is a versatile creative professional who combines photography, videography, graphic design, motion graphics, and digital content production to bring brands to life. This hybrid role bridges creative production and design execution, transforming ideas into compelling visual experiences across digital, print, social, and experiential platforms.

Working under the guidance of the Head of Branding + Creative, the Creative Multimedia Specialist supports client initiatives from concept through final delivery by capturing, creating, editing, and producing high-quality creative assets. Success in this role requires creativity, technical versatility, collaboration, and a passion for continuous learning. The ideal candidate embraces emerging technologies, evolving creative trends, and new production techniques while contributing to PATHOS' culture of innovation and creative excellence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Videography & Post-Production
  • Capture beautiful video for brand campaigns, interviews, events, testimonials, social media, and promotional content.
  • Plan and execute video productions, including camera operation, lighting, audio, and on-location setup.
  • Edit video using color correction, audio mixing, motion graphics, captions, and platform optimization.
  • Produce short- and long-form content for websites, social media, digital advertising, email marketing, and presentations.
  • Capture photography as needed to support campaigns, events, and marketing initiatives.
Digital Creative Design
  • Design visual assets for websites, social media, digital advertising, email marketing, presentations, signage, and print.
  • Create graphics and layouts that support integrated marketing campaigns and video content.
  • Develop website mockups, wireframes, and interface concepts using Figma.
  • Prepare and optimize assets for multiple platforms while maintaining brand consistency.
Collaboration & Project Management
  • Collaborate with creative, strategy, account management, and digital teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
  • Manage multiple projects while maintaining organization, quality, and attention to detail.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions, production planning, client meetings, and creative reviews.
  • Organize project files, creative assets, and production equipment.
Professional Development
  • Stay current with emerging creative technologies, AI tools, and industry trends.
  • Participate in PATHOS trainings, agency events, and community initiatives.
  • Perform other responsibilities as the agency, clients, and creative opportunities continue to evolve.
QUALIFICATIONS Required Attributes
  • Creative storyteller with a strong eye for composition, design, and visual communication.
  • Passion for video production, post-production editing, and digital content creation.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Collaborative, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment.
  • Effective communicator with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
  • Self-motivated, curious, and eager to explore emerging technologies, AI tools, and creative trends.
Experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred in Digital Media, Film Production, Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of professional experience in videography, multimedia production, graphic design, or a related creative role.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating video production, post-production editing, and digital design across multiple platforms.
  • Experience producing content for websites, social media, digital advertising, email marketing, and integrated campaigns.
  • Professional photography experience is a plus.
