We are looking for committed team members (m/f) to join our Back Office team. In this role, you will support the day-to-day operation of Theo’s online learning platform and stay in close contact with our clients to ensure a smooth, supportive, and high-quality experience.
No prior experience is required — we provide full training. What matters most is reliability, clear communication, and a calm, solution-oriented mindset.
Responsibilities- Managing the online learning platform (uploading call recordings, setting up new courses, and scheduling group call reminders)
- Supporting new clients during onboarding and ensuring a smooth start into the program
- Providing friendly customer support and answering administrative client questions via email, chat, or phone
- Proactively checking in with clients to make sure they have everything

Salary: $4,500 gross per month
Development and promotion opportunities are available over the coming years.
The typical onboarding phase lasts 2 months.
