We’re looking for a highly organized Customer Service Representative who can provide exceptional service while managing calls, schedules, and customer needs with professionalism and care.
Compensation & Schedule $18 per hour
Full-time, onsite position
Monday through Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PMOne Saturday per month: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PMWhy Join Our Team?

Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls while maintaining a calm, polished phone presence
Deliver exceptional customer service by actively listening, resolving concerns, and creating positive customer experiences
Multitask efficiently between calls, scheduling, emails, customer accounts, and internal communication systems
Accurately update customer information, service notes, and account details with strong attention to detail
Coordinate with technicians and internal departments to ensure smooth communication and customer satisfaction
Professionally de-escalate customer concerns and maintain composure in fast-paced or challenging situations
What We’re Looking For Exceptional phone etiquette, tone, and communication skills
Strong multitasking abilities and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
High attention to detail and accuracyA proactive, team-player mindset with a willingness to jump in wherever needed
Ability to think critically, solve problems, and adapt quickly
Comfortable using computers, Microsoft Office, and learning new software systems
Positive attitude with a genuine passion for helping customers
Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent required
Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience required, preferably in a high-call-volume or phone-based customer support environment
Physical Requirements Sitting for extended periods while working on a computer and phone system
