Responsibilities

Be the first point of contact for our valued clients, offering a warm and helpful experience.

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person, providing accurate information about policies and services.

Assist clients with policy changes, billing questions, and claims processing.

Help manage client records, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurate.

Support the sales and service teams by providing administrative assistance.

Build positive relationships with clients, making them feel heard and supported.

Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the client experience.

Requirements
  • Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
  • Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Must have ability to multi-task.
  • Professional phone etiquette.
  • Career minded vision.
  • Follow through and exceed current and prospective client expectations.
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is beneficial.
  • No insurance experience required but must be willing to learn
  • Ability to take initiative, be proactive, and think outside the box.
