Job Overview
This position requires adaptability to different situations and the hours may change in the future. Must possess strong leadership, communication, and time management skills. Must be detail oriented and able to multitask. Responsible for quality, consistency, and overall customer service presentation to residents and guests. Maintains excellent knowledge of emergency response and access control procedures, electronic security control systems, logs, records, and forms for each building in the span of control.

- Assist with vacation, sick time, leave of absence, and last‑minute shift assistance coverage.
- Adhere to company policy in all assigned properties.
- Have reliable transportation and communication.
- While on duty, maintain company‑approved attire and/or uniform, follow the dress code policy, and display identification badges.
- Maintain neat and safe work areas, adhere to all safety procedures, and report safety issues to the Property Manager immediately.
- Check the fire alarm panel to ensure normal status and report any issues promptly to the Property Manager.
- Work according to the schedule set by the Director of Operations/Front Desk Coordinator with close supervision.
- Respond to emergency situations in a timely and efficient manner within two hours of notification.
- Report all complaints/issues to the Director of Operations/Front Desk Coordinator.
- Be on call 24/7 for emergencies and call‑outs assigned by the Director of Front Desk Operations/Front Desk Coordinator, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as required.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelor’s degree from a four‑year college or university in Hospitality Management preferred.
- Two to three years of supervisory experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications, including MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Outlook preferred.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Multiple language fluency desirable.
- Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills required.
- Ability to lift 30–50 lbs.
- Work in an upright standing or sitting position for long periods.
- Handle, finger, grasp, and lift objects and packages.
- Reach with hands and arms.
- Communicate, receive, and exchange ideas and information verbally and in writing.
- Navigate the property/building quickly and easily as required to perform job functions.
- Complete all required forms.
- Possess knowledge of multip‑building operations.
- Work extended hours, nights, and weekends based on project requirements.
- Driving required.
- Schedule varies.
As a full‑time exempt associate, you will be eligible for full comprehensive benefits, including multiple medical plans, dental, and vision. Compensation$20 hourly
