Member Relations Specialist (Call Center)
West Palm Beach
Responsibilities:
- Answer all inbound calls from members and address member inquiries.
- Cross‑sell products and services to deepen member relationships.
- Receive, pay out, and record money and negotiable instruments involved in financial transactions.
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced call center environment.
