Customer Service Representative About Nozzle Nolen Nozzle Nolen Pest Solutions is a family-owned company that has proudly served South Florida for generations. We are committed to putting people first, delivering excellent service, and creating a positive experience for every customer and team member.

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate has at least two years of customer service or call-center experience and can communicate with empathy, confidence, and professionalism.

Responsibilities Handle a high volume of incoming customer calls professionally and efficiently

Deliver a positive customer experience during every phone interaction

Listen carefully to customer questions, concerns, and service needs

Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and update customer appointments

Explain services, pricing, account information, and company policies clearly over the phone

Assist frustrated customers while remaining calm, patient, and solutions-focused

Accurately document all customer conversations in the company’s system

Coordinate with technicians, service managers, and other departments to resolve customer concerns

Recommend additional services when appropriate

Follow up with customers by phone to confirm that concerns have been resolved

Meet established call-quality, productivity, and customer-service expectations

Qualifications

At least two years of customer service experience required

Previous phone-based customer service or call-center experience strongly preferred

Excellent telephone communication and active-listening skillsA friendly, confident, and professional phone presence

Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities

Ability to remain patient and professional with frustrated customers

Comfortable spending most of the workday assisting customers by phone

Ability to handle a high volume of calls in a fast-paced environment

Strong computer, typing, multitasking, and data-entry skills

Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented

High school diploma or equivalent required
