We are seeking a Senior Landscape Architect with 15 years of professional experience to be part of our Landscape Architecture Department in our West Palm Beach, FL office at WGI.

- Collaborate in a team setting on the development of conceptual designs and the production of construction and permit drawings.
- Engage in on-site construction administration for projects.
- Work on a wide range of landscape projects including land development, commercial and resort design, streetscapes, parks, and entry features, as well as federal, state and local government projects.
- Attend scoping meetings with clients
- Prepare fee proposals
- Coordinate with clients and manage project billing
- Provide design/technical guidance to Designers and Project Managers
- Oversee the development of design packages including
Landscape Plans, Irrigation Plans, Hardscape Plans, Site Amenity Plans - Prepare detailed opinions of construction cost estimates
- Review inspection reports
- Provide quality control reviews of work products
- Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited university
- Minimum 15 years’ related experience with current licensure
- Must understand the relationship between design and constructability
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Proficiency with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
