Senior Landscape Architect

We are seeking a Senior Landscape Architect with 15 years of professional experience to be part of our Landscape Architecture Department in our West Palm Beach, FL office at WGI.

• Collaborate in a team setting on the development of conceptual designs and the production of construction and permit drawings.
• Engage in on-site construction administration for projects.
• Work on a wide range of landscape projects including land development, commercial and resort design, streetscapes, parks, and entry features, as well as federal, state and local government projects.

• Attend scoping meetings with clients
• Prepare fee proposals
• Coordinate with clients and manage project billing

• Provide design/technical guidance to Designers and Project Managers
• Oversee the development of design packages including
  Landscape Plans, Irrigation Plans, Hardscape Plans, Site Amenity Plans
• Prepare detailed opinions of construction cost estimates
• Review inspection reports
• Provide quality control reviews of work products

• Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited university
• Minimum 15 years’ related experience with current licensure
• Must understand the relationship between design and constructability
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
