A Florida Company is hiring a Staff Accountant who is ready to be a team player! This position works directly for our Controller and works closely with our accounting and admin teams to ensure proper and accurate recording and classification to the GL. This is an in-office position at our corporate office in West Palm Beach.

LGW does not offer relocation.

Experience and Responsibilities:

● This role is designed to add depth and strength to the accounting team, and will require an analytical self-starter with a knowledge of and experience in segregation of duties and workflow documentation, and has the ability to follow processes and procedures.

● Experience with an accounting software package (preferably Quick Books), timekeeping modules and reporting through GL.

● Multiple Entity and intercompany experience helpful.

Responsibilities include:

• AP
• Billings
• AR and Collections
• General Ledger Monthly reconciliations
• Liaison to clients and vendors

Requirements and Skills:

• Minimum 1-2 years in a similar role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Drive and Quick Books
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
• Excellent organizational skills
• Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Customer service attitude
• Four year degree in Accounting or Finance
