LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTURE SENIOR DESIGNER (MULTIPLE OPENINGS)
WGI, Inc. seeks Landscape Architecture Senior Designers in West Palm Beach, FL to provide design and technical guidance to Landscape Architecture (LA) Designers; oversee the development of construction packages including landscape, irrigation, hardscape and site amenity plans; prepare conceptual plans by hand and in CAD for LA Designers to further develop; prepare renderings; prepare feasibility reports; perform landscape inspections; assist with construction cost estimates;
and coordinate with clients.
Responsibilities include:
- Provide design and technical guidance to Landscape Architecture (LA) Designers.
- Oversee development of construction packages including landscape, irrigation, hardscape, and site amenity plans.
- Prepare conceptual plans by hand and in CAD for LA Designers to further develop.
- Prepare renderings.
- Prepare feasibility reports.
- Perform landscape inspections.
- Assist with construction cost estimates.
- Coordinate with clients.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture from an LAAB accredited university or foreign equivalent.
- Two years of experience in landscape architecture design.
- Knowledge of the relationship between landscape architecture design and constructability.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Local travel required to attend site visits and perform landscape inspections.
