We are seeking an experienced Landscape Architect / Senior Designer with a minimum of five years of professional experience to join our Landscape Architecture team in West Palm Beach, Florida. In this role you will collaborate with the Landscape Studio Manager and Project Managers to develop landscape deliverables for a range of public and private projects, including plazas, parks, playgrounds, municipal facilities, streetscapes, multifamily developments, and private clubs.
Responsibilities- Develop landscape plan packages, including landscape, hardscape, lighting, and irrigation plans from concept through construction
- Modify drawings based on input from the Project Manager
- Assist in meetings and public presentations
- Prepare graphics for presentations
- Research and review local land development regulations for standards
- Work under the direction of a Project Manager on the Landscape Architecture Team
- Collaborate with consultants during design phases from concept through construction
- Work in a team environment to establish and maintain common schedule goals
- 5–7 years of experience in landscape architecture
- Reliable understanding of the relationship between design and constructability
- Proficiency with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with Sketch Up, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and/or Illustrator (plus)
- Proficiency in preparing hand‑drawn sketches, graphics, and illustrations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including writing reports, business correspondence, and presentations
