Position Overview:

Seeking an experienced, board-certified, pediatric fellowship-trained anesthesiologist to serve as Medical Director. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional communication skills, leadership experience, and dedication to quality care standards.

Opportunity Highlights:
Generous base cash compensation of $595,000 $ 125,000 sign-on bonus for a 3-year commitment W-2 position
10 weeks of paid time off (PTO) On-call duties: backup pager coverage from home (7 PM 7 AM) and participation in Saturday/Sunday 7 AM 7 PM shifts; post-call day off Evenly rotated on-call shifts among 7 physicians Practice includes neonates, general surgery, orthopedics, OB, trauma, ENT, podiatry, urology, plastics, and MRI sedation Half of surgical volume is pediatric cases (Level 3 NICU, Pediatric ICU, and 24-hour Children's Hospital) Affiliation with the Paley Institute for cutting-edge orthopedic surgery and limb correction Candidate Requirements:
Board-certified in Anesthesiology with pediatric fellowship training Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in a clinical setting Strong organizational, leadership, and stakeholder relationship management skills Compensation and Benefits:
