CCI Group was founded a decade ago, leveraging deep expertise in the justice system to offer Certified Legal Interpreters for courts. Over the years, we have expanded our services to a diverse clientele, including government agencies, educational institutions, collection agencies, and various professional meetings and conventions.

Position Details
  • Job Type: Onsite
  • Location: Palm Beach, FL
  • Schedule: Consistent weekday availability (5-6 hour shifts, multiple school assignments each week)
  • Mileage: Reimbursement provided for distances beyond 30 miles (round trip)
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide accurate, culturally appropriate ASL interpretation for students, teachers, and school staff.
  • Support students in various classroom and school-related settings.
  • Manage multiple school assignments each week, with flexibility to meet scheduling needs.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in accordance with educational interpreting standards.
  • Collaborate effectively with educators and other interpreters in a team-oriented environment.
  • Be well-prepared for each assignment, with an understanding of the context and relevant vocabulary.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
Requirements / Qualifications
  • No formal certification is required; however, a video test will be requested.
  • Previous experience in educational interpreting, preferably in K-12 settings.
  • Availability to work consistently during weekdays and flexibility to travel between schools.
  • Strong punctuality and attendance record.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • A positive reputation within the local interpreting or educational community.
  • A commitment to continuous learning and maintaining best practices in the field.
