What You Will Be Doing- Architect and execute advanced learning experiences – Develop workshops spanning mathematics, science, philosophy, and creative writing while delivering 1-on-1 guidance to 15-20 high-ability students progressing at 5-10x standard velocity
- Identify and resolve learning barriers – Adjust methodologies dynamically to support students who have surpassed conventional educational structures in discovering their intellectual strengths
- Apply AI tools for customization
- Partner and refine – Enhance workshop frameworks alongside colleagues and measure effectiveness using both qualitative insights and quantitative data
- Premier education – Bachelor's degree from an Ivy League institution or equivalent university
- Academic distinction – National Merit Finalist, Olympiad medalist, early college graduation, or comparable accomplishment
- Distinguished academic credential – Prestigious scholarship (Rhodes, Fulbright, NSF GRFP), Mensa/Triple Nine Society membership, PhD, or university-level teaching experience
- 3 years of mentorship background – Experience coaching, mentoring, or instructing students in any setting
- Routine AI engagement – Self-reported daily interaction with generative AI platforms (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.)
- Location – Ability to relocate to or maintain in-person presence in Austin (Georgetown), TX
- Work authorization – Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship requirements

Working with usThis is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record.
