Job DescriptionTemporary instructional positions for community education at the Glades Constr Acad in W Tech. Teachers are responsible for delivering public education in accordance with district policies and the mission statement and may be assigned additional duties as required.
Responsibilities- Follow district policies and procedures in accordance with School Board priorities.
- Conduct oneself in the best interest of students, upholding the highest traditions of public education.
- Perform other duties as assigned by district leadership.
- Florida Educator’s Certificate, Statement of Eligibility, or approved out‑of‑state certification.
- Official transcripts from all colleges or universities attended.
- For foreign‑educated teachers, a course‑by‑course evaluation by an agency approved by the Florida Department of Education.
- Demonstrated capacity to meet any required Word‑per‑Minute testing for clerical or administrative support positions, if applicable.
- Complied with required background screening, drug testing, and medical clearance in accordance with district policy.
