We're looking for an engaging, organized, and passionate Corporate Trainer to own the training experience across our franchise network. From onboarding new franchise owners to delivering ongoing education and supporting continuous learning, you'll play a key role in helping our franchisees and consultants confidently implement the Exit Factor system.
The ideal candidate is a natural facilitator who enjoys presenting, teaching, and building relationships. You'll become the go-to resource for training, ensuring our network receives a consistent, engaging, and high-quality learning experience.
This is an in-person position based in Palm Beach County.
Job DescriptionTraining Leadership & Delivery
- Own and lead the Exit Factor training program for new and existing franchise owners and consultants.
- Facilitate engaging in-person Training School sessions, virtual training, webinars, workshops, and network-wide educational programs.
- Deliver onboarding programs that prepare franchisees and consultants for success.
- Create an engaging, interactive learning environment for adult learners.
- Manage training materials, presentations, participant guides, and LMS content.
- Continuously evaluate and improve training programs based on participant feedback and business needs.
- Represent the brand during Discovery Days by presenting portions of the training program to prospective franchise owners.
Franchisee Learning & Support
- Serve as the primary training resource for franchise owners and consultants throughout their journey.
- Lead scheduled post-training follow-up sessions to reinforce learning and encourage successful implementation.
- Provide timely guidance and support on training materials, systems, and operational processes.
- Identify recurring questions or learning gaps and recommend improvements to training resources.
- Build strong relationships with franchisees while promoting confidence, accountability, and ongoing learning.
Learning & Program Development
- Develop, maintain, and update training curriculum, presentations, videos, guides, and educational resources.
- Manage and organize content within the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, Technology, and Leadership teams to ensure training reflects the latest initiatives and best practices.
- Measure training effectiveness and recommend enhancements that improve the overall learning experience.
Brand & Network Support
- Help maintain consistency in how the Exit Factor system is taught across the franchise network.
- Support the planning and delivery of Annual Conferences, Regional Conferences, and other network training events.
- Act as a brand ambassador, creating a positive and engaging experience for franchise owners and consultants.
Travel Requirements
- Approximately 25% domestic travel for franchisee support, conferences, regional meetings, and other corporate training events.
- Occasional international travel opportunities may arise.
- Valid driver's license, automobile insurance, and reliable transportation required.
- Must possess a credit card with sufficient available credit for reimbursable business travel expenses
Required Experience
• 3+ years of professional experience in training, facilitation, adult education, or corporate instruction.
• 3+ years of business experience in operations, sales, marketing, consulting, or business development.
• Demonstrated experience leading live, instructor-led training programs for professional audiences.
• Proven ability to analyze business performance and provide actionable recommendations.
