Berean Christian School is seeking aftercare personnel who are enthusiastic, creative, adaptable, dependable, and possess an excellent work ethic. The individual will supervise students during aftercare, providing a fun and safe environment for them. Applicants must be able to communicate clearly and instill positive behavior management techniques. Hours will be from 2:30 PM to 6:00 PM.

Basic job responsibilities include:

At all times supervise students under your care.

Maintain safety for the students and staff at all times.

Use appropriate strategies to assist children with inappropriate behavior.

When accidents/injuries occur, complete an accident/incident report.

Any other duties assigned by the Aftercare Supervisor or BCS Administration.
