This temporary position is for a Dance Teacher at the School District of Palm Beach County’s School of the Arts. The teacher will provide instruction in dance across multiple grade levels, assist in curriculum development, lead student performances, and work as part of the dance department.

• Deliver engaging dance instruction to students of varying skill levels.
• Design and implement lesson plans aligned with district standards.
• Coordinate and supervise student dance performances and events.
• Collaborate with other department members to enhance the arts program.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date instructional documentation.

• Academic degree in dance or a related field.
• Current Florida Educator’s Certificate.
• Demonstrated experience, preferably in a K–12 arts setting.
• Strong teaching, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse student and staff populations.

• Florida Educator’s Certificate
• Statement of Eligibility (Letter from the Florida Department of Education)
• Active/Valid Out-of-State Certification (if applicable)
