li>Participate in faculty meetings, professional development, and school-wide events, contributing to a cohesive, mission-driven academic environment. li>Collaborate with colleagues across departments to develop interdisciplinary learning opportunities that enrich students’ understanding of physics. li>Engage with parents, guardians, and support staff to communicate student progress and address individual learning needs. /ul> Qualifications p>Bachelor’s degree in physics, Astrophysics, Physics Education, or a closely related field required;

advanced degree preferred. Demonstrated ability to teach physics at both introductory and advanced levels. Meaningful engagement with AI, data science, computer science, or computational methods. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to fostering positive, supportive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues. Strong command of mathematical reasoning and quantitative analysis. Proficiency in utilizing instructional technology to create dynamic and engaging learning experiences.

A commitment to fostering an inclusive learning environment that reflects Oxbridge Academy’s values of Purpose, Agility, Confidence, and Kindness.

Preferred Qualifications p>Prior experience teaching in an independent or private school, ideally within a mission-driven educational community. Interest in contributing to the school community beyond the classroom with a demonstrated ability to coach or mentor students in co-curricular or extracurricular activities.

Enthusiasm for ongoing professional development and innovative teaching practices. Background in machine learning, neural networks, or applied AI. Experience mentoring students in research or independent study. Contribute to the ongoing evolution of the school’s AI, STEM, and technology programming.
