CPC Technician

Job Description

The CPC Technician position is to perform service calls, initial services, and fill in for GHP Specialist routes when techs call out or on PTO. They may also provide overflow coverage of recurring services as deemed necessary by management. These technicians' days can vary by service area and location daily and require flexible scheduling day by day.

• Provide timely and effective pest detection, elimination and prevention solutions to an established route of commercial customers
• Safely drive a company vehicle
• Walk up to 7 miles per day; long periods of walking, kneeling, and squatting
• Establish effective working relationships with a variety of customers
• Use handheld computerized equipment to manage service calls and documents
• Provide customers with general information about our various services
• Conduct service calls as needed
• Problem solve and resolve complaints
• Enjoy working outdoors
• Be comfortable around bugs, snakes, rodents, etc.
• Be comfortable in tight spaces
• Be able to withstand long periods of squatting, standing, and walking
• Be able to lift and move up to 50 lbs
• Have excellent listening and communication skills
• Be competent with the use of new technology
• Be organized and able to manage own daily route

• Customer service experience
• Experience working outdoors

• Enjoy hands-on outdoor work
• Minimum age 21 years
• Valid Florida driver's license with minimal moving violation points
• Pass a background check and drug screening
• High School Diploma or equivalent

Position Type:
Full-time. Some Saturdays may be required.

Travel:
Local daily travel within the assigned territory.

No direct supervisory responsibilities.
