Reworld is seeking a Control Room Operator to lead and direct shift personnel in the safe, efficient operation of the power facility. You will monitor plant systems on a continuous basis, respond to alarms with corrective actions, and ensure the plant meets generating requirements while maintaining environmental standards.
The role requires 12-hour rotating shifts including weekends, field work during outages, strong leadership, and the ability to read blueprints and P&IDs.
