Structural Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated Civil/Structural Engineer who is passionate about design, problem-solving, and hands‑on project involvement. The ideal candidate will work on a diverse range of projects and contribute to the firm’s continued success through technical excellence, strong communication, and teamwork.

• Perform structural analysis and design for a variety of projects including concrete, steel, and masonry structures.
• Conduct field inspections and structural assessments.
• Prepare design calculations, technical reports, and construction documents.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineers to ensure design accuracy and constructability.
• Utilize structural engineering software (RAM, ETABS, or equivalent) to model and analyze structures.
• Contribute to continuous improvement in design processes and quality control.
• Support project managers in delivering projects on time and within budget.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• 2+ years of experience in structural engineering design and inspection.
• Proficiency in design of cast-in-place, prestressed, post-tensioned concrete, structural steel, and reinforced masonry structures.
• Experience with RAM, ETABS, and Revit Structure preferred.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, and detail‑oriented professional.
