You will collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to solve problems, identify trends, and drive data-informed solutions. Job Duties:
* Develop solutions to perform data cleansing, validation and transformation activities to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
* Work closely with other engineers and stakeholders to translate complex aerospace requirements into technical data solutions.
* Analyze operational data to identify trends, anomalies and improvement opportunities.
* Write and optimize database queries for data extraction and reporting.
* Support ETL processes and data integration workflows and pipelines.
* Develop and maintain reports, dashboards and visualizations using Microsoft Power BI.
* Maintain documentation for reporting processes, data sources and business rules.
* Support continuous improvement initiatives related to data analytics and reporting systems.
Required Qualifications:
* BS or MS degree in Engineering with relevant focus.
* Experience with basic code development in Python, C#, or C++. Matlab experience is a plus
* Basic working knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
Experience with No
SQL is a plus.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving skills; adaptable, highly organized with excellent communication abilities.
* Zero through 2+ years of work experience. We have multiple projects of varying skill levels.
* Basic proficiency in Microsoft Power BI, Qlik or Tableau.
* Skilled with Microsoft Office tools.
* Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.

Preferred
Qualifications & Skills:
* Any experience with Informatica Developer, Informatica Analyst or Axon is a plus.
* Familiarity with data modeling and analyzing large sets of data from different sources
We provide a competitive pay and benefits package. This position offers a salary range of $70,720 to $79,040. Belcan considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to education, experience, geographic location, and discipline.
