Senior Technology Designer

Overview

• You will produce and edit construction drawings and specifications for Division 27 and Division 28 low voltage systems.
• You will coordinate with architects, project managers, engineers, clients, and contractors to facilitate the successful design of these systems.
• Your Impact:
  Provide design and project management support for the following systems:
• Structured cabling (fiber/copper)
• Public Address/Intercom
• Sound reinforcement
• Video distribution
• Intrusion detection
• Access control
• Video surveillance
• ERRC
• Fire alarm
• Work within industry code requirements and proper construction methods involved in designing the listed systems

• Knowledge of and experience with one or more of the systems listed above
• Associates degree in technology/communications engineering or 5+ years industry experience
• 2+ years of Revit and/or AutoCAD experience
• Proficiency with Bluebeam
• Ability to self-assess and command a high level of accuracy
• Strong oral, written, and communication skills
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills
