Civil Engineer-Project Manager

Join a growing infrastructure consulting firm as a Project Manager in Civil Engineering
. We’re looking for an experienced professional to lead land development and utility infrastructure projects from concept through construction. This position requires strong technical expertise, leadership, and a proactive mindset.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (or closely related field)
• Active Florida Professional Engineer (PE) license
• At least 5 years of relevant industry experience in civil or environmental engineering
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and capable of working with various design software tools
• Skilled in both verbal and written technical communication
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously

• Lead the planning, design, and delivery phases of site and utility infrastructure projects
• Oversee the development of technical documentation, including calculations, permits, and construction packages
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineering staff
• Interface with clients, regulatory agencies, contractors, and subconsultants to maintain project alignment
• Conduct field visits to observe construction progress and ensure design compliance
• Manage the preparation of proposals, scopes, and budgets for new project opportunities
