LHH is partnering with a growing, well-established engineering firm to add a CAD Technician to their team in Palm Beach County.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on design work, variety in projects, and real ownership across the full lifecycle-from early design through construction documents.

What you'll be doing:

* Creating and updating drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM

* Supporting civil, structural, and architectural projects

* Working on residential renovations, additions, and structural modifications

* Coordinating revisions and ensuring compliance with Florida Building Code

* Managing multiple projects and keeping deliverables on track

What they're looking for:

* 5-8 years of experience in CAD drafting / construction documents

* Strong AutoCAD proficiency

* Exposure to permitting and building departments

* Understanding of structural elements and design fundamentals

* Ability to manage details, timelines, and quality standards independently

* Compensation: $25 hr + performance bonuses
