Transportation Engineer‑In‑Training 1

Requisition
- Collaborate with and learn from experienced Professional Engineers and be mentored by industry leaders in transportation.
- Support experienced engineers on transportation projects, including plan development for a comprehensive range of transportation design projects such as horizontal and vertical geometry, cross sections, earthwork modeling, 3D roadway modeling, quantity calculations, construction specifications, and utility coordination.
- Enjoy a diverse client base that enables you to pursue your passion in engineering.
- Contribute to the communities we call home, instilling a sense of pride and sharing in the team’s accomplishments.
- Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET‑accredited engineering program. Engineer Intern (EIT) registration required, or ability to obtain within 3 months of hire.
- 0–2 years of civil engineering experience; prior relatable internship or co‑op experience preferred.
- Proven communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills.
- Self‑motivated and adaptable to evolving client, project, and industry needs.
- Experience with or ability to learn Bentley Open Roads Designer and Autodesk Civil3D.
- Proficient in the Microsoft software suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work remotely as business operations and firm needs permit.
- Proven strong work ethic and a collaborative team player.
