Gulfstream seeks an experienced technician to perform advanced operational and functional testing, troubleshooting, and repair of avionics/electrical systems to ensure defect‑free aircraft and support ongoing safety, quality, and schedule adherence.

• Perform advanced operational, functional testing, troubleshooting, and repair of avionics/electrical systems to ensure a defect‑free aircraft
• Lead by example, providing technical guidance and direct training to support cross‑functional workforce development
• Install and functionally test avionics/electrical components per engineering specifications, drawings, and maintenance manuals
• Diagnose system discrepancies and execute timely, high‑quality repairs to minimize schedule impact
• Repair or replace wiring and components using approved techniques including splicing, soldering, and pinning
• Perform and oversee compliance with engineering changes and modifications
• Set up and operate test equipment; conduct performance and reliability evaluations
• Ensure all work is properly documented in logs and maintenance records
• Pre‑inspect work prior to quality inspection to reduce rework and improve efficiency
• Support team leadership responsibilities to ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Six years of avionics/electrical experience; OR two years of accredited aviation electronics schooling and four years of related experience
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills in aircraft avionics systems
• Proven ability to lead, train, and mentor others in a team‑based environment
• A & P license, FCC license, or NCATT certification preferred
• Gulfstream experience on mid‑cabin and large‑cabin aircraft preferred
• Must be able to work any shift
