HDR is seeking a recent graduate (within 2 years of graduation) to participate in a rotational development program focused on transportation engineering, planning, and operations. The program requires full‑time onsite collaboration in one of the following Florida locations:
Pompano Beach, Orlando (Turkey Lake), or Tampa (Suncoast).

• Design & Program Management
• Construction & Materials
• Maintenance & Traffic Operations

• Support engineering and planning teams with design work, technical analysis, data collection, and field observations
• Assist with quantity calculations, cost estimates, contract administration, and report development
• Gain exposure to intelligent transportation systems, roadway signage, materials testing, and maintenance operations
• Collaborate in team environments while receiving ongoing guidance and mentorship from professionals

• Previous AEC or operations internship experience
• Preference given to local candidates

• Ability to multitask while working on many projects at once
• Commitment to being an active participant in HDR’s employee‑owned culture
