Part-time Regular West Palm Beach, FL, US
Salary Range: $16.00 To $20.00 Hourly
The East Coast Valet (ECV) is seeking full-time and part-time Valet Parking Attendants in the West Palm Beach, FL area. We provide services to a variety of clients in Southern Florida and have been operating since 1990. The ideal candidate will be available for a variety of hours; please indicate the hours you can work on your application.
Pay: $16/hour, with tips earned to create an opportunity for about $20/hour on average. This may vary by location and shift. Overtime and advancement opportunities are available.
ECV offers weekly payroll – we provide a check, direct deposit, or a pay card each week in addition to tips earned daily.

Full-time employees receive medical and dental insurance (50/50 split after 90 days) and additional vacation time.
General purpose – The primary purpose of this position is to greet and assist customers, park their vehicles, and be a visible representative of the establishment we serve. After parking, the attendant returns to their station and is prepared to assist the next patron.
Minimum Requirements – All Valet Attendants are required to:
- Be able to drive a standard transmission vehicle to the satisfaction of management (training can be arranged)
- Have your own transportation (driving experience)
- Have experience in customer service
- Be over the age of 18 (due to laws about operating heavy machinery)
Licenses – The position requires a valid Class D license to operate a motor vehicle, held for at least one year prior to applying. A driving record will be reviewed at the time of application, and the Class D license must be kept in good standing during employment.
Physical Demands
- Standing at least 8 hours a day
- Running up to 50 times a day or more
- Entering and exiting customers’ vehicles 75+ times daily
- Lifting wheelchairs, strollers, walkers, baggage, gifts, etc. (in and out of vehicles)
- Effective communication with customers and coworkers
Work environment – Outdoors for the duration of the shift. Inclement weather may impact the work environment; shifts are not canceled due to weather, and employees are expected to attend scheduled shifts with professionalism.

- All employees must undergo a criminal records check
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays when necessary
- Must have a neat appearance and a good attitude
- All employees are hired on a 30-day trial period; if duties are not performed satisfactorily, employment may be terminated without cause
- All employees will train for four shifts; during this time they will not receive tips but will receive a higher pay rate
