The Kravis Center is seeking a Front of House Event Manager to oversee FOH operations for performances and events across four venues. You will manage guest services, recruit and train volunteers, supervise staff, and ensure comfort and safety for all guests while addressing real-time challenges.
This full-time, on-site role requires strong organization, calm decision-making in emergencies, and the ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
