Steven Douglas has been retained by a Real Estate Investment Firm in Palm Beach to lead a Senior Accounting search to join the team.
Our client is looking for an Accounting professional with 2-4 years of experience in public accounting, fund accounting, REIT, Real Estate Private Equity, Real Estate Asset Management firm or Financial Services who wants to join a growing Real Estate Investment Firm.
The Senior Accountant will work closely with the Controller and CFO.
- Prepare financial reporting files, (i.e. waterfalls, capital calls, NAV reporting)
- Perform full-cycle fund accounting functions
- Budget preparation
- Support Financial Planning & Analysis functions
- Oversee Cash Forecasting
Requirements:
- Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance
- 2-4 years of experience in a relevant industry
- Any exposure to Yardi, Appfolio, MRI or similar property management software is a plus
