This is a full-time on-site role for a Tax Manager located in West Palm Beach, FL. The Tax Manager will oversee all aspects of tax compliance, planning, and preparation for a diverse range of clients. Responsibilities include managing tax filings, staying updated on evolving tax laws, leading client engagements, and developing strategies to optimize tax outcomes. The role also involves mentoring team members, ensuring quality deliverables, and contributing to the development of client relationships through clear communication and expert advice.

• Proficiency in Tax Planning and Tax Compliance
• Expertise in Tax Preparation and knowledge of Tax Law
• Strong understanding of tax regulations, legislation updates, and general tax-related matters
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail
• Effective communication and client management skills
• CPA certification or equivalent professional qualification required
• Proven experience as a Tax Manager or similar tax-related role
• Experience with accounting software and tax systems
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple client engagements effectively
