Responsible for preparing and analyzing financial reports, trends and opportunities. Maintains journals and ledgers, prepares financial statements, conducts financial studies and coordinates financial projects. Works with moderate guidance in own area of knowledge.

Core Responsibilities

• Approve transactions and evaluate business opportunities to guide project direction and growth initiatives.
• Track and analyze key financial metrics, operational processes, and financial statement data to support performance improvement.
• Support preparation of weekly, monthly, and annual financial reports.
• Contribute monthly, quarterly, and year-end close activities, including variance analysis, commentary and accrual recommendations.
• Develop financial models to assess business risk and operational exposure.
• Review and authorize incentive program referral payouts for compliance with program guidelines.
• Exercise sound independent judgment and maintain reliable, flexible availability.
• Perform additional duties aligned with organizational priorities.
