Loan Processor

We are seeking a bilingual, highly organized and detail oriented individual to join our in house mortgage team. This role plays a critical part in delivering a smooth and efficient home buying experience by supporting buyers through the loan approval process. As a Loan Processor for NVR Mortgage, you will work directly with our home buying customers from Ryan Homes, NVHomes and Heartland Homes
. You will impact the lives of our customers while working in an environment of respect, empowerment, and professional development. Your customer service expertise and financial background will allow you to help families purchase high quality homes in your community. You will act as a liaison between the borrower, sales team, and underwriting department to ensure a helpful and friendly home buying experience.

• Positively impact the customer experience, while maintaining frequent communication and providing exceptional customer service to home buyers
• Maintain organized, accurate loan files in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements
• Manage multiple loan files, identifying and resolving discrepancies while ensuring all conditions are cleared prior to closing
• Collect, review, and analyze borrower documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy for final loan approval.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure timely loan processing and closing

• Customer service- oriented mindset with professional communication skills
• Strong organization skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple files and deadlines simultaneously
• At least 2 years of experience processing loans, preferred
• Working knowledge of mortgage loan documentation, underwriting policies, compliance, and processing workflows, preferred
• Experience working in a builder-affiliated or high-volume lending environment, preferred
• Bilingual in English and Spanish, preferred
