Senior Financial Analyst

The Senior Financial Analyst will support the Financial Planning & Analysis function in developing forward-looking financial insights that guide strategic and operational decision-making. This role partners closely with senior leadership and collaborates cross-functionally with Development, Asset Management, and Accounting to drive planning, reporting, and analysis across a complex operating platform.

• Prepare and support monthly, quarterly, and annual management reporting packages for senior leadership.
• Maintain and enhance consolidated cash flow models forecasting corporate revenues, operating expenses, development activity, capital requirements, and distributions.
• Prepare ongoing P&L and cash flow forecasts, including budget-to-actual variance analysis, risk identification, and scenario modeling.
• Coordinate annual budgeting and quarterly reforecast processes across company-wide revenues, operating expenses, and capital planning in partnership with business unit leaders.
• Support portfolio and project-level financial analysis, including compiling market data, supporting valuation efforts, and preparing internal analyses.
• Maintain reporting tools, databases, and performance dashboards tracking key financial and operational metrics.
• Support capital planning activities and preparation of materials for leadership review.
• Manage headcount and payroll forecasting models, including budget vs. actual tracking, quarterly updates, and reporting packages.
• Perform ad hoc financial analysis and reporting to support executive decision-making and strategic initiatives.
• Partner with operational and accounting teams to support asset-level reporting, annual budgets, and quarterly reforecasts.
• Assist with financing, capital planning, and strategic initiatives as needed.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or corporate finance
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Strong analytical and communication skills; able to present insights to leadership
• Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
• Exposure to capital planning, portfolio analysis, or operational finance preferred
• MBA, CFA, or relevant industry experience a plus
