🏦 Confidential Hiring Opportunity – Investment Banking Professionals (Series 7 / Series 82)

We are seeking Investment Banking and Capital Markets professionals to join a growing, compliance-focused platform operating within the private markets.

This role provides exposure to Regulation D Rule 506(c) private offerings, with responsibilities centered on capital markets support, investor verification processes, and advisory work focused on strengthening trust, transparency, and institutional standards within the private fund ecosystem.

The team brings extensive industry experience in Commercial Real Estate Private Equity, and candidates with prior exposure to private equity, private credit, or real asset strategies are encouraged to apply. Previous capital raising or investor relations experience is helpful but not required.

Compensation:

On-target earnings (OTE) range of $100,000–$130,000 annually, based on performance

Tiered compensation structure, commission based. No cold prospecting.

Active Series 7 and/or Series 82 / series 63 registration is required or strongly preferred.
