Investment Analyst | Real Estate Private Equity | West Palm Beach
I’m currently working with a fast‑growing, vertically integrated real‑estate investment platform to add an Investment Analyst to their team in South Florida. This firm has built a strong reputation in a niche asset class and continues to scale across both U.S. and international markets. It’s an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career to gain hands‑on exposure to acquisitions, underwriting, and strategic investment decisions within a collaborative and high‑performing environment.
What you’ll be doing- Supporting underwriting and due diligence for new acquisitions
- Building and maintaining financial models and investment memos
- Analyzing property‑level financials, market trends, and performance metrics
- Partnering with the investment team on strategy and execution
- Monitoring macroeconomic and real‑estate market dynamics
- 1–3 years of experience in real estate or investment analysis
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skillset
- Proficiency in Excel and Power Point
- Exposure to tools like CoStar, ARGUS, or similar is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or related field
- High‑growth platform with strong deal flow
- Direct exposure to senior leadership and investment strategy
- Clear path for career progression and internal mobility
