Finance Manager

• Support overall business growth through accurate accounting and financial reporting.
• Provide analytical insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger and cost accounting.
• Lead the month-end close process.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and analyze/report on variances.
• Oversee or assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and vendor invoice processing.
• Generate reports and support the budgeting and forecasting process.
• Coordinate with external auditors and support audit requirements.
• Assist with customer account setup and qualification.
• Support light HR-related functions, including payroll processing.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3+ years of accounting experience; manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in accounting systems and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business acumen.
