What you’ll do:- Support and prepare regulatory rate proceedings, filings, and petitions
- Develop rate, revenue, and tariff analyses tied to regulated operations
- Prepare and sponsor written testimony and respond to data requests
- Partner with Public Service Commissions, auditors, and internal stakeholders
- Assist with regulatory strategy, accounting treatment, and process improvements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
- 5–7+ years of analytical experience (utility/regulatory experience preferred)
- Knowledge of rate design, tariffs, and utility accounting
- Strong communication skills with ability to present complex data clearly
- Experience with data analytics and reporting tools (Excel required; Epicor, FRx, or Business Objects a plus)
