Financial Planning Analyst

This role will be responsible for supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities, including building and maintaining detailed financial models. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing financial results, preparing variance analyses, and providing data-driven insights to support strategic and operational decision-making. The role will also involve preparing management reports and presentations, collaborating with business partners to understand performance drivers, and assisting with ad hoc analysis and special projects.

In addition, the Financial Analyst will help improve financial processes, ensure data integrity, and support internal controls and compliance requirements.

• Strong financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting skills, including experience building and maintaining financial models.
• Experience with Excel and Power Bi
• Ability to interpret financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow) and perform variance and trend analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field
• 3+ years experience in corporate FP&A role
