Senior Staff Accountant

Panorama Aero is a special‑mission aerospace lessor and logistics provider. We operate, finance, and support mission‑ready aircraft across ISR, counter‑UAS, and multi‑mission aviation. We’m entering a major growth phase, backed by a significant capital raise that will expand our fleet and operational footprint.

We’re building out our finance team and hiring a Staff Accountant with real experience, strong judgment, and the ability to operate inside a rapidly scaling aviation platform.

• Manage AP/AR
• Perform bank, credit card, and balance‑sheet reconciliations
• Lead key elements of month‑end and year‑end close
• Maintain GL entries, schedules, and organized financial documentation
• Prepare journal entries and support audit schedules
• Contribute to cash flow modeling, forecasting, and DCF analysis
• Support budgeting, variance analysis, and multi‑entity accounting

• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience
• Xero or Quick Books experience is mandatory
• Experience with DCF‑style analysis and cash flow forecasting
• Comfort using automation and advanced AI tools for accounting workflows
• Solid grasp of accrual accounting, reconciliations, and month‑end processes
• CPA or CPA‑track is a strong plus
• Detail‑driven, accountable, and able to operate in a fast‑moving environment
