Investor Relations Associate

Position Overview

The Investor Relations Associate will play a critical role in supporting the firm’s capital raising initiatives and maintaining strong investor relationships. This individual will work closely with senior members of the fundraising team to manage investor communications, coordinate diligence processes, and support marketing and reporting efforts.

• Assist in executing fundraising strategies across institutional, family office, and high-net-worth channels
• Prepare and maintain marketing materials, including pitch decks, fund summaries, and due diligence questionnaires (DDQs)
• Coordinate investor meetings, roadshows, and follow-ups
• Track fundraising pipeline activity and maintain CRM systems

• Respond to investor inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Support the preparation and distribution of quarterly reports, capital call notices, and performance updates

• Maintain accurate investor records and capital activity schedules
• Support analysis of fundraising metrics and investor trends
• Ensure consistency and quality control across investor-facing materials

• Partner with investment, finance, compliance, and operations teams to gather information for reporting and diligence
• Support onboarding processes for new investors

• 2–7 years of experience in investor relations, capital markets, investment banking, private equity, private credit, or asset management
• Strong understanding of private fund structures and fundraising processes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems
• Bachelor’s degree required; finance, economics, or related field preferred

• Familiarity with private credit strategies
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
