Key Responsibilities- Build, manage, and grow a personal wealth management practice.
- Develop comprehensive financial plans for individuals, families, business owners, and high-net-worth clients.
- Deliver advice across investments, retirement planning, insurance, estate planning, and wealth preservation.
- Build long-term client relationships through a planning-first fiduciary approach.
- Generate new business through networking, referrals, and community engagement.
- Manage all aspects of the client relationship from discovery through ongoing service.
- Collaborate with specialists in advanced planning, investments, lending, private wealth, and business succession to deliver comprehensive client solutions.
- Utilize integrated planning and CRM technology to improve efficiency and client outcomes.
- Participate in ongoing professional development, coaching, and business-building programs.
- Experience as a Financial Advisor, Wealth Advisor, Financial Planner, or Insurance & Investment Professional.
- Demonstrated success developing and maintaining client relationships.
- Strong consultative sales and financial planning skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the desire to build a long-term business.
- Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with internal specialists.
- CFP®, ChFC®, CFA®, CPA/PFS, or other advanced financial planning designation.
- FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 (or 63/65), as applicable.
- State Life and Health Insurance licenses.
- Existing book of business is preferred but not required depending on experience.
