Position Overview

Personal Banker within PNC's Retail Bank Organization, based in West Palm Beach, FL 33405 at the East Forest Hill Branch. Bilingual Spanish preferred. In‑office position.

• Acquires and deepens the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities, managing the customer experience and identifying opportunities to improve financial well‑being, collaborating with ecosystem partners, and positioning PNC solutions to drive revenue and loyalty.
• Drives proactive sales conversations through a defined sales process, including outbound calling, service to sales, teller interactions, appointment setting, and effective lobby engagement to elevate client loyalty.
• Creates customer loyalty and grows share of wallet by providing a differentiated experience, performing lobby engagement, and educating customers on managing transactions with technology, tools, and resources.
• Applies product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate, and solve customer problems effectively.
• Manages risk through adherence to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within limits, and participating in efficient daily branch operations.

Roles at this level typically require an Associate or equivalent degree as well as related experience or product knowledge to accomplish primary duties. Typically requires 3+ years experience. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job‑specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
