Position Summary- The Senior Capital Markets Analyst is a key member of the Finance team, supporting the company's treasury management, capital markets strategy, and financing activities. This role provides broad exposure to corporate liquidity, debt management, capital planning, and financial risk while partnering closely with executive leadership on initiatives critical to the company's continued growth.
- You will participate in complex financing transactions, including revolving credit facilities, term debt, and structured financings, while helping manage liquidity, cash forecasting, banking relationships, and treasury operations. The position also plays an important role in debt administration, covenant monitoring, financial reporting, and executive analyses related to leverage, liquidity, and capital planning.

- Support the evaluation, structuring, and execution of financing transactions, including revolving credit facilities, term loans, and asset backed financing arrangements
- Develop financial analyses that support capital allocation decisions, optimize liquidity, and improve overall capital structure
- Prepare materials for lenders, banking partners, and credit rating agencies in connection with financing activities and ongoing relationship management
- Build and maintain analyses related to leverage, liquidity, debt capacity, covenant compliance, and other treasury metrics for executive management and Board presentations
- Assist with interest rate risk management and other financial risk mitigation initiatives
- Prepare short and long term cash flow forecasts to support operating requirements, capital expenditures, debt obligations, and shareholder distributions
- Review financing agreements to ensure compliance with debt covenants, reporting obligations, and contractual requirements
- Manage daily treasury activities, including cash positioning, liquidity monitoring, and funding across multiple banking relationships
- Coordinate banking administration activities, including account maintenance, authorized signers, banking platforms, and treasury documentation
- Support execution of domestic and international payment activity, including wire transfers, ACH transactions, and intercompany funding
- Maintain comprehensive records of outstanding debt, including maturities, collateral requirements, reporting deadlines, and key financing terms
- Prepare lender reporting packages, debt schedules, and other treasury related external reporting requirements
- Partner closely with Accounting, FP&A, Legal, and external financial institutions to ensure efficient execution of treasury and financing activities
- Identify opportunities to strengthen treasury processes, reporting capabilities, internal controls, and operational efficiencies
- Develop dashboards, financial models, and reporting tools that improve visibility into cash, debt, liquidity, and financing activities
- Contribute to strategic projects, business initiatives, and ad hoc financial analyses as requested by executive leadership

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline required. MBA, CFA, or other advanced financial credential is preferred.
- Three to six years of professional experience within treasury, corporate finance, investment banking, commercial banking, capital markets, structured finance, valuation, or a comparable analytical finance function
- Experience supporting debt financing activities, treasury operations, financial institutions, or corporate capital markets initiatives
- Strong understanding of financial statement analysis, cash flow forecasting, corporate finance concepts, and financial modeling
- Experience reviewing financing agreements, debt structures, and covenant calculations is preferred
- Prior experience within infrastructure, real estate, industrial, asset intensive, or other capital intensive businesses is advantageous
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel with strong financial modeling capabilities
